One of the great marks of the age in which we live is the failure of many Christians to study God's Word in a thorough or consistent manner. God exhorts us to study his Word "precept upon precept and line upon line."

Missionary Jeff Williams began the New Zealand Correspondence School of the Bible in 1992. His desire was to create a Bible study program that allowed the Bible to speak for itself. Rather than requiring people to read reams of material about the Bible, Jeff reasoned that it would be far better to create a study aid that would force people to dig out the truths of Scripture for themselves - regardless of the their spiritual condition, age, or maturity in the Lord.

The result is an 950+ page volume of 107 lessons that lead a student, verse-by-verse, line upon line, through the entire Word of God. Each lesson is a study guide in commentary format that covers from three to forty chapters of Scripture. Also included are appropriate certificates, quizzes and tests designed to be completed in an "open Bible" manner.

The NZ Correspondence School of the Bible is today filling an important niche in New Zealand where doctrinally sound churches and Bible teaching are still hard to find.
